Adventures by Troy & Company offers its clients a first class adventure experience in Southern Arizona, from luxury transportation to and from venues, to professional, caring and courteous guides who offer expert support.  Please review our menu of service options and rates. Bike or Hike Transportation & Support Packages:  

Hire us for a half or full day to transport and support your Hiking or Biking Group!

  • Pick up and Drop off from central location (hotel, airport or otherwise) to and from the ride location.
    • Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van (12 person capacity) with Enclosed Trailer for hauling bikes and gear. Includes fuel charges.
  • Safely Transport people, bikes and other gear. Courteous service.
  • Tent, bike racks, chairs, table, cold water, cooler, ice included.
  • Fee:   Half Day (Up to 5 hours, pick up to drop off) $995, Full Day (Up to 8 Hours) $1495

Add ons:

  • Add SAG (Roaming vehicle support during the ride.):  +75 / hr. (Includes fuel charges)
  • Add Bike or Hike Leads (Lead to guide your group.):  +$60 / hr per lead.
  • Add Rental Bikes :  $75 / day per bike (Ask about discounts for multi-day rentals)

Camping Packages:  Hire us to manage your group’s camping trip to State or National Forest Land.

Basic Package: (Self Camping for groups of up to 10 people.   We provide the transportation and the gear for your group… you do the rest!)

  • Transportation.  Pick up and Drop off from central location to Basecamp.
    • Mercedes Benz Sprinter and enclosed trailer.
    • One day is considered to start at 12 noon, and end at 12 noon the following day.
  • We provide all basic camping needs for your group, including:
    • tents (1-4 person), sleeping bags, pillows, lights, chairs, propane stoves, propane, coolers, foldable tables, solar shower, generator, trash bags, etc.
  • Basic Camping Fee:  $1500 per day (does not include campsite rental fee, if applicable.)
  • Add Food, Beverages, Water, etc.: Cost of goods plus 10% Shopping fee.
  • Add Rental Bikes:  $50 / day per bike
  • Add Camp Master (To help with cooking, guiding hikes and more.):  $400 / day
  • Allow us to help design and manage your Camping Retreat Experience (Email for custom quote.)

Fitness Challenge Packages

Let us create the ultimate fitness challenge for your group!  Whether it’s a night hike, a bike time trial or a century ride, we can create and support a safe, challenging and fun experience for your small group.  Email us with a description of your needs, and we’ll get back to you in a timely manner with a custom quote.

Corporate Retreat Packages

A customized Adventure Retreat for your team, club or group!  We’ll take care of all of your group’s needs with regard to activities, luxury transportation, equipment and more.  Engage in team building activities in the desert for a couple of nights, hike the Catalina’s, or go on a bike ride up to Biosphere II.  We’ll create a custom experience that will bring your team together and collaborate more than ever before.  Email us with a description of your needs, and we’ll get back to you in a timely manner with a custom quote.
